At SEME by Semesta, we value thoughtful service, product quality, and customer trust. Every item is checked with care before dispatch. As our products are fashion pieces produced and handled with attention to detail, returns and refunds are accepted only under specific conditions.
We kindly ask that you read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. General Policy
Returns, refunds, or exchanges are only accepted for approved cases as outlined in this policy.
Because of the nature of fashion products, limited stock, and hygiene considerations, not all purchases are eligible for return.
2. Eligible Cases
You may request a return, replacement, or refund if:

To be eligible, the issue must be reported within 3 days from the date the package is marked as delivered.
3. Non-Returnable Cases

slight color differences caused by screen display or lighting

minor measurement tolerance within reasonable production standards

items purchased during sale, promotion, discount, or marked as final sale

items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
4. Return Conditions
If a return request is approved, the item must be returned in its original condition:

unused

unwashed
-
complete with original tags
-
complete with original packaging where applicable
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
5. How to Submit a Request
To request a return or refund, please contact us through info@madebysemesta.com and include:

a clear explanation of the issue

clear supporting photos or videos

proof of parcel condition upon arrival, if relevant
Requests without sufficient supporting documentation may not be approved.
6. Review and Resolution
Once your request has been reviewed, we will inform you of the outcome and the most appropriate resolution.
Depending on the case, approved resolutions may include:

replacement item

store credit
-
partial refund
-
full refund
We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution based on the nature of the issue, product condition, and supporting evidence provided.
7. Return Shipping
If the return is approved due to an error on our side, such as a wrong item, verified defect, or confirmed damage prior to delivery, return shipping may be covered or reimbursed by us where applicable.
If a return is exceptionally approved for reasons outside our responsibility, shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
8. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Please allow 14 business days for the refund to be reviewed and processed after approval. Actual receipt timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Unless the issue was caused by our error, the following may be non-refundable:

9. Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered in approved cases such as:
